Jacqui Curtis, Chief Operating Officer, Australian Taxation Office (ATO)
Jacqui champions strategic APS HR capability and creates strong collaboration across the APS. She is also the sponsor of the APS HR Graduate and School Leaver programs.
As Head of the HR Profession, Jacqui:
- leverages her national and international presence to ensure APS-wide capability development initiatives are well-informed and based on best-practice
- advises agencies of contemporary approaches to strategic HR including recruitment, development and retention
- supports agencies to grow, strengthen and sustain internal HR expertise.
