Chris leads the Digital Profession and is committed to building the digital capability of the APS to deliver smart, secure and trusted public services.

As Head of Digital Profession, Chris:

  • helps agencies and senior leaders to assess and build digital capabilities
  • advises agencies on incoming digital trends, risks and opportunities
  • works across the service to help develop strategies to attract, recruit, retain and deploy digital talent while preparing for future challenges.

As Head of Profession, Chris leverages his extensive experience in large scale digital and ICT reform and transformation programs to shape the Digital Profession strategy.
