The Digital Transformation Agency (DTA) is currently developing a Digital Employee Value Proposition (EVP) to capture the unique benefits and rewards the APS offers to attract and retain digital professionals.
This is particularly important in a time where we know that demand on digital talent is high and as part of our work building digital capability, it is important that we understand what brings people to the APS and what compels them to stay.
